Ready Employment is a licensed and professional employment agency for caregiver and helper. We partnered with training center in Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines and placed English/Chinese speaking trainer to polish their language proficiency prior to work. We provide you the best matched Caregiver and Helper at home.

have relevant experiences either in taking care of sick elderly or working in

We Care

We
were once working parents with 3 active young kids at home. We understand all
the pains and sweat in engaging helps from the foreign domestic helper.



For the past 20 years, we worked with foreign domestic helpers from
Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines. It is not easy getting someone whom
you can trust.



With culture differences, language barriers, emotional breakdown, attitude
problems, etc., we have been through all of these and understand your
concern.



However, we are really thankful to these foreign domestic helpers for
assisting us through our busy schedules. We were able to do more, leading a
more meaningful and fulfilling life by not only taking care of our own family but also helping
others who needed help. We were even able to
contribute back to our community and become happier
